TikTok Applauds Donald Trump for Prompt Restoration of Services in United States

Trump Announced that TikTok was back on 19th January, 2025

Video sharing platform TikTok has released a statement commending United States President Donald Trump for his swift role in ensuring the social media was restored after court ruled its ban in the United States.

In a post on X.com, TikTok commended Trump for ensuring that TikTok was made available in the United States to its over 170 million users and over 7 million business.

“In agreement with our service providers, TikTok is in the process of restoring service. We thank President Trump for providing the necessary clarity and assurance to our service providers that they will face no penalties providing TikTok to over 170 million Americans and allowing over 7 million small businesses to thrive. It’s a strong stand for the First Amendment and against arbitrary censorship. We will work with President Trump on a long-term solution that keeps TikTok in the United States.” The post states.
